How Buyers Purchase Real Estate
In today’s world virtually all buyers start their property search online. Your home will be viewed on the Internet by buyers and how it is viewed online will help buyers decide whether they wish to see your property or not.
So the quality of pictures and video used to market your home will dictate whether your property is selected or eliminated as a potential candidate for buyers to visit and see in person.
When your home is published in the Multiple Listing Service those same pictures are shared across hundreds of other websites through a data feed agreement with the MLS system. For example homes published on popular websites such as Zillow.com, Trulia.com & Realtor.com are directly linked from your published MLS listing.
Many of these websites will reward your listing by posting it higher if your listing contains the maximum number of allowed pictures. So for this reason not only is “Picture Quality” important but also “Picture Quantity”
In most cases we will use a Digital DSLR camera with wide angle lens for most images. This allows us to capture more of a room in each photograph or full exterior elevation of the home in a single shot without having to stand too far away from the home.
If necessary we will enhance your images to insure maximum picture quality.
In addition to quality pictures, video is a highly desirable method to view real estate online. For this reason in addition to taking quality images we will produce a virtual tour of your home.
Before scheduling photographs its important to review our pages on this website, Listing Tips and Sellers Ideal Plan of Action Prior to Listing.
