About the Homes

Baileys Glen offers a great variety of 17 Floor Plans that range in price from the low $200’s to the high $400’s with sizes from approximately 1200 to 2800 SF. While the plans offer a good array of styles and function the main attraction is the ability to modify the homes to your liking. The Builder welcomes your choices is easy to work with and is very accommodating in filling your wishing when purchasing a presale home. The Community does include lawn maintenance with includes cutting, chemical treatments and pine straw refreshment. Typical of most of these type communities the homes include low maintenance vinyl siding with brick and stone accents which make up the exterior and homes are typically situated about ten feet apart.
