One of Charlottes original neighborhoods Myers Park is home to many of Charlotte’s business leaders, Bankers and Entrepreneurs. Within Myers Park also lies the enclave known as Eastover which is also recognized as one of the most prestigious addresses in Charlotte. The area is recognized by the presence of Queens Boulevard & Providence Road and its gracious tree lined streets, prestigious County Clubs and large Estate Homes.
Situated just four miles from the heart of the Queen City, Myers Park offers a great combination of location, prestige, history, entertainment, shopping, dining and culture.
Business leaders are drawn to the easy access of Uptown Charlotte and families quickly recognize what is regarded as one of the best school districts in the area.
The area is made up of older Estate Homes many of which have undergone large renovations or complete tear downs giving way to some of the most luxurious homes in the area. The streets are lined with large oak trees dating back several hundred years creating a sense of living cut right from the pages of Southern Living Magazine.
The retail and dining choices are comprised of more “one of kind” establishments with high end boutiques and gourmet dining. With the exception of a local Starbucks one would get the sense that fast food and your typical franchises are discouraged in Myers Park adding to the appeal of this area for many residents.
